Bold is part of the Jameson Deconstructered Series, along with the Lively and Round, that is generally only available in duty-free stores. The range seeks to explore the taste of Jameson Original by deconstructing its key characteristics and amplifying them. Like the Original, the Bold is a blend of pot still and grain whiskey, but with a higher percentage of pot distillate. (1 litre)

Nose: Red apple and ripe banana before the nutmeg and cinnamon appear balanced with vanilla sweetness.

Palate: Initially creamy and sweet with the pot still spices developing to bring rich barley notes and baked apples.

Finish: Lingering spices fade leaving a soft barley.
