Made on the Boplaas farm in Calitzdorp, this small-batch hand-crafted gin combines juniper and a trio of classical gin botanicals with eight different types of citruses all grown in South Africa: orange, lemon, tangerine (naartjie), grapefruit, blood orange, lime, bitter orange and kumquat. Triple-distilled and infused by using a combination of steam infusion and direct infusion through a copper potstill. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Leads with a potent, fresh and distinctly floral punch of juniper on a multi-layered and definitive backdrop of citrus on the nose.

Palate: The aromatic tapestry displays balance and unison that is echoed on a bold palate that displays the unmistakable warm bite of citrus zest. The flavour edge is bordered by fruit sweetness of tangerine and lime, and earthiness of blood orange.

Finish: Each sip tapers into a lingering of orange and lemon peel, enticing another round.
